No there is too much proving against it such as yes he's not a transmigrant, two he doesn't have an EMS so no it'll be just having regular eyes back, no other character at this point deserves a rinnegan plus he's need development with it but the main stars and Naruto and saauke, would lack the stamina to use it how would rinnegan obito even work?, would be too much of plot device it will never happen, enough of the obito hype he will not get susano and he will not get the rinnegan cause after juubito all obito is cool for is double whammy kumai and solo "speeding" ninjas to teleport the gang out of there. Anyway, no. As others have said, only Indra and Ashura's reincarnations have the potential to awaken the Rinnegan. Meaning the only two who have the possibility of naturally awakening it now, are Naruto and Sasuke, but they obviously aren't going to do so. Naruto has one aspect of Rikudo's power already, and Sasuke has the other, which is Rinnegan.

He's not a jin anymore, and neither obito nor naruto awaken rinnegan. Even goduke awoken only one eye

Not sure honestly. The rinnegan seemed to came from a mixing of chakra/dna, then again Madara was really the only one to awaken the rinnegan.
