Uchiha + senju dna = rikudou's bloodline, this doesnt prove that someone with uchiha & senju dna can use the rinnegan paths & i dont even know how you can fathom such an idea based on that scan..
Omg....The scan you posted was of deva path going after naruto, correct? well I was stating at that point that nagato was following obito's ideals & was expecting him to save the world (btw scan failed). When naruto convinced him otherwise it was already too late for nagato to do anything, he was on his deathbed. He took orders at the time of his akatsuki affiliation because he followed obito's twisted goal.
He could do it unconsciously, he used deva path by himself. & anyways all the secrets of the rinnegan are written on the uchiha tablet, that's how madara learned them...

No. Nagato has much more chakra when healthy and mobile. But MS Tobi soloed BM Naruto, Hachibi, Kakashi and Gai. With only one MS. Imagine how devastating he would be if he used Rinnegan too.
Fail, what is the rikudou's power exactly? his power comes from the uchiha & senju combined into one, that is the sage, his power stems from those bloodlines, that in no way means that whoever has those bloodlines can use all of his powers.
Your logic suggests that a uchiha can awaken MS just because he has the power of uchiha within him, completely false. Any uchiha with the right prerequisites can awaken MS, just like any senju + uchiha with the right prerequisites can use the rinnegan abilities. You need both eyes & without them you dont meet the conditions in order to have full access to the paths, END of story.

That wasnt MS obito that was rinngan obito that's how he would fight, he doesnt fight using the paths so he would be relying on kamui & taijutsu. Both of those easily get stopped by deva path...
& yes I know that healthy nagato has more chakra.
Bro, im an advocate of obito till the end, that doesnt mean that i dont know when he's fighting a losing battle.
Sorry but with nagato's animal paths then obito isnt getting near him, & long ranged attacks get stopped by preta.

I may be biased for Nagato, but I'll try to be balanced
Prime Nagato VS Obito
First I thought it would be a draw, but after some thinking I believe Nagato wind high diff.
Why? I'll explain :
Obito before Juubito could not use all Rinnegan abilities, and regardless if he can use it or not, he wouldn't use because he has no experience in combat with these skills. He would use mainly Kamui,Mokuton and Katon. Maybe Izanagi if things went bad.
Nagato can use all six paths very well.
So first, I think Nagato's Summons would be a problem for Obito to deal with. But I think Obito could manage it with his Kamui. But, at some point when he is dodging the summons, nagato can pretty much spam Shinra Tensei, Banshou Tenin, Chackra Bombs etc, while having an 360 field's vision with his summons, so no matter where Obito materializes, he will know.
Obito stated that he cannot maintain his kamui for a very large period against Konan, so It would be a matter of stamina, and I believe Nagato has much more stamina then Obito(Rinnegan + Uzumaki anyone?)
So in the end, Nagato would win.
So this are my thoughts. Please consider it.
