The conditions are set up a bit strangely. Nagato and the 6POP are treated as completely separate beings, with Nagato having 100% of his own chakra, and the 6POP having access to a separate chakra source that is equal to Nagato's.

Conditions and Restrictions: Obito and Nagato both have to kill each other. Obito cannot use kamui to teleport Nagato or any of his Pains. Obito's jinchuuriki can only use full beast transformation 1 at a time. They cannot all go beast mode at once, but they can go any of the other versions such as V1 and V2

But Obito can't Kamui Nagato. So how does Obito kill Nagato and his Pains? And what difficulty do you think a victory for Obito would be?

well without kamui he would lose considering its his main technique, and without going full beast mode preta path would suck the jins dry a few seconds. If we allow kamui then I would say nagato would take on the beasts and use CT/preta path to beat them but the 6POP would lose to obito and then I think obito would beat nagato high diff

He can absorb one Nagato while intangible (like he did to Madara)

Most likely create omyoudon staff to eradicate Nagato...
