I asked a friend i know on facebook from Japan who watched the movie about Obito if he's gonna appear in flashbakcs or something , he told me yes he is , and that those 3 panels are animated in the movie as flashabcks from Naruto:

i just asked 6 friends i know from facebook, 4 in japan, 1 in nyc an 1 in a farm in kansas and they all said obito doesnt appear....i never met them in person but i asked them since they are complete strangers and their word is %100 credible....i also asked them if you like sausages and they said yes....
