1) During Edo State. U_U
2) Can't improve on Totsuka and Yata.
3) He should've died as soon as Rinne Tensei was used, or Gedou extracted.. :|

I think rikudou Obito is stronger though.

He can regenerate from all attacks even senjustu ones.

Mindless Obito blew himself up with a juubi Gudodama and still regenerated.

Edit: he can use kamui, he just can't send parts of his body into dimension.

Madara wasn't able to send part if his body into dimension either, that's why Sasuke was able to cut him in half before using transfer kamui.
