Uhh.. well it was never mentioned it the manga that he could, so I guess for now we should assume that he can't .. since it seems that not everyone gets the same power, which is why Itachi or Sasuke didn't have/get Kamui.. So yeah BR0 .

Obitos kamui is like shisui's KA. Its 1 exclusive technique granted to both eyes

If he had 2 MS he could. If he takes Kakashi's MS that he gave too him, and implanted it in his eye, along with his original MS, he could achieve Susano'o. You need your own 2 MS too achieve Susano'o.

Obito can't use susanoo, because it requires both eyes to have MS ...

Obito can't use Amaterasu because it is alone Itachi's sharingan powers which he gave to Sasuke.

It's not like Itachi can use Kamui, because Kamui is Obito's Sharingan powers

Actually we dont know if he had it or not sooo thats just speculation. And both MS is IN FACT the requirement now whether someone with both gets susanoo is another question. Probably have to be an skilled Uchiha

Susano'o can only be activated with two Mangekyo Sharingans and Amaterasu is a unique trait in Itachi's eyes, Sasuke only has it because Itachi implanted it in him.

I know that MS is required, but thats doesnt mean that it automatically awakens susanoo.

Theres no real proof on either side unless kishi decides to show us shisui/izuna using it.

Kamui - it is plausible that with both eyes he MAY be able to use Susano'o but I doubt it.
