Why is obito having visions of being a leader if his generation, a hokage? Its as if naruto's chakra made him think about it. Also why is kakashi able to hear what obito is saying in the real word? Is kakashi going to play a role in stopping the infiite tsukiyomi?

It was Kakashi vision of how he might of been in the future.

Kakashi heard what Obito heard IDK why

Kakashi Hatake is gonna do something I'll rather him do nothing for because I don't want him to die

Because he's thinking about what if he actually went back to the village with Kakashi maybe? Most likely, last minute regrets because his plan is failing.

The same way Obito could see through Kakashi's eye when Rin was killed (lol.)
