No he wouldn't be unbeatable but the war would be won. You're probably thinking he would be unbeatable because of his kamui, but remember that's only because of his sharingan powers. With both rinnegan he wouldnt be able to use that power.

Considering that with both eyes , Susanno can be used ( It is a power that manifests when Mangyekyo awakened in both eyes)and Obito's eyes can make him intangible.

A intangible Susanno would be extremely annoying to deal with too
