Madara has better stamina (probably) So far obito cannot absorb things at long range.
Here is the thing, obito cannot harm madara within susanoo, and his own intangibility lasts 5 min.
If madara surround himself with susanoo and its aura completely, then upon solidifying foreign chakra will damage obito, thus kill.
So madara will outlast kamui and and can counter anything obito has, while beating with susanoo
