he doesn't have 7 tailed beast nor gedo mazo anymore, and it'll be madara who will be the jinchuriki not obito, it was even stated in the manga, obito will sacrefice himself in order for madara to come alive so he can become the jinchuriki...

so true, he has nothing of these things, and you cant say his jinchuriki since it has not happen yet. and you cant say the 10 tails is his cuz if not for madara he wont be able to control it
