Lol no, the only reason the portals to other dimensions were able to show up is because obito synchronized his kamui with kaguyas S/T. He cant make a portal to those dimensions normally, only because he was in kaguyas main dimension was he able to open pathways to the connecting dimensions.

You're the one wrong here, being able to sync with Kaguya meant that Obito could teleport with Naruto and Sakura to the main dimension instead of his own, he knew "where to go".

Here is undeniable manga proof that he uses both eyes to open those portals, both eyes are bleeding, if he used only his right eye as always, no matter the stress due to the fact that Kagyua's dimensions are far away, he would only bleed with one eye (just as with Sasuke's/Itachi's Amaterasu)

Not if he has to use both kamuis at once to open the portala lol. As i said, those portals to other dimensions were only able to be opened because he synced with kaguyas s/t and because he was in the dimensiom that connects with all the others. Please dont be so dense lol. There is no way thats a new MS tech that he can use in the real world, unless he wants to open a portal to kamuiland.
