In this last chapter we learn that BZ set the resurrection of Madara in motion. We also learned that Obito had no intention of resurrecting Madara at all.

Obito went against Madara's wishes - basically betrayed him. Madara wanted to be revived and become the Ten-Tails (Juubi) Jinchuuriki which he ultimately accomplished, but with obstacles: one being the alliance; mainly Naruto, and the other being Obito.
