how come obito hasnt gone blind yet, we see him using his mangekyou all the time, whenever he puts himself in the other dimension he uses it and he uses it to move around and basically every time we see him, so why hasn't he gone blind yet and he also shows no signs of fatigue.

when itachi or sasuke uses the mangekyou we saw the fatigue they experienced and sasuke almost went blind after only couple a uses and itachi was practically blind himself

Yeah but they took longer to close than they normally would have, it will take a lot longer for Obito's MS to go blind in comparison to normal ones.
