He earned it in the confines of Konoha, not on the battlefield. It's like saying I could go to a shooting range and shoot really well that doesn't mean I'm going to go to Afghanistan and just tear shit up.

Obito was a scared, useless ninja on the battlefield until his sharingan activated.

And no, they wouldn't just send villagers to war. Kakashi was only promoted because they had no better option.

They only say he was Genin level because he didn't activate his Sharingan up until towards the end of the Mission when he went to go save Rin. Since his powers were just becoming discovered he met a disastrous fate. Although I partially agree he was weak, he still would've made good use of his presence on the Battlefield. On another note, anyone notice Rin missing too???

reviving obito would be kinda pointless, he was nobody of note, weak, and died as a kid. he revives famous ninja or really powerful ninja, he doesnt just go reviving every single ninja who has ever died in history. fail thread sorry.

I think its strange obito was not revived with edio tensi cause evn people from far back have been revived like don tsunandes's friend (boyfriend) and alot of people who had died before onito so why was he not brought back.Could kabuto have not found the body or tobi is using it.even sai's brother was brought back so why not him

I'd be looking for Powerful and famous Shinobi to revive in the war not some kid where the only way to find out about them is from the hero plaque in konoha
