When Obito got implanted Hashirama DNA Naruto wasn't born yet. So Ashura was still effecting Hashirama's body. It must've altered his chakra anyway complicated stuff but I'm sure you get what i am saying.

Okay, I'll make a serious post in this thread.

First, lets take a look at the logic in OP.

This is why his MS = EMS

Obito doesn't have a sibling. Indra didn't have a sibling with dojutsu so his MS was EMS.

Indra was born with EMS not because he did not have a sibling with a Dojutsu, but because the bloodline had not deteriorated that much. Using the logic in your post, Itachi would've been born with MS.

Also, the chance of Obito unlocking EMS is incredibly low, even among the standards of Uchiha unlocking it, since every time an Uchiha has unlocked EMS, they took another MS from their actual blood brother - Izuna --> Madara and Itachi --> Sasuke. Since Obito was never said to have been born and raised with a brother or sister Uchiha, his chances of getting the Eien no Mangekyou were, as said before, incredibly low, more so than other instances.

I think that since Indra was the first descendant of Hagoromo, he may even got EMS in the first place since the DNA didn't deteriorate or watered down. Obito's MS doesn't have the shape of EMS since it's the same as he first awakened it. Although, there could be the theory that since he had Hashirama's cells inside, he awakened EMS right of the bat.
