Since Minato lost both his arms, bet you Kishi will write something about Obito and Kakashi being Minato's left and right hand men (even though those are arms lol).
Edit: Also, I don't think Obito absorbed anything from Madara, he still has the ability to make the Ten-Tails Malleable Chakra cause he was once the jinchuriki of it.
