I just came up with a new theory. How far is this theory can be the possible thing in Kishi's mind. Idk. Its what I though for all this thing to happen. Like why Obito gone bad and so on. i will try to make it short as possible.
THE THEORY
First of all
> Madara is not dead during his battle with the First.
This explains why when the Edo Madara has been resurrected, he is well equiped with Rinnegan and wooden element with the First's on his chest.
Conclusion: I believes there's a connection between Orochimaru. As such, Orochimaru is involved in this so called "Plan".
> Madara still lives and then make an agreement with Orochimaru.=>To form Akatsuki
This part of the theory is quite weak due theres no strong evidences. But this is the only possible theory that i can came up to explain the creation of the member of Akatsuki and especially Zetsu. It is obvious that zetsu and the other member is not a pure human, it looks like they have been gone through experiment test and some sort of dna implant. Like Deidara. I dont think he was born with mouths on his hands which can chew clay.
Conclusion: Oro and Madara has long time to plan for this such organization by creating half-human with extraordinary powers. Madara use a new identity named Tobi with the mask. I also think that Oro isnt interested to join in the organization. Though, this might contradict with Pain with his so called rebellion team. But I also concluded, that Oro and Madara had agreed on a particular agreement. Which i think Madara invited Itachi to the Akatsuki so that Oro could take his body since he wanted an uchiha body. That's is why Oro joined the team.
=> Obito has special bloodline. Zetsu is created and help Obito
First of all, Obito uchiha is the only uchiha that has awaken Kamui before. No other uchiha has. As such, Im thinking Obito has a special bloodline in the Clan. Where in the clan, only he and his ancestor beholds the unique technique of Kamui.
Conclusion: Obito has been watched by Madara or maybe Oro as he wanted an uchiha body, all the time. Even until at the Kaname Bridge. Use zetsu to save him and take him away.
=> Obito lose memory and trained by Madara
Obito maybe lost his entire memory due to the great impact made by the compilation of rocks.
Madara misled him and brainwashed him. Trained him and taught him the way to use Kamui and etc.
=> At the same time, Oro use Kabuto as his pawn.
Oro used Kabuto as he find him the most suitable person to carry out the plan. Taught him how to use the Reanimation jutsu. ...
=> Madara's death
Knowing that he has went too old. Make an agreement with Oro to resurrected him when he died later when the right time has come. Oro taught him that "JUTSU" (Quoted by The tsuchikage) . Oro who didnt want to take the risk to do the reanimation jutsu used Kabuto to do it.
=> the lost memory Obito take over the Tobi identiy. Madara got resurrected
FLAWS: Im sure there is some flaws ...
:> Edo Madara is young but he died later when he was old.
:> Tobi looked surprised when Kabuto released the sixth coffin (Madara inside) ..
:> Madara's age and Obito's age is quite a great distance for them to able to meet each other.
