the fact that obito put kakashi under a genjutsu and made kakashi stab him TWICE inside the genjutsu proves obito was provoking and insinuating kakashi to stab him
this is the first time he made kakashi stab him under the genjutsu

he even told him to not hold back anything, why would obito tell something like that if he didnt want kakashi trying to kill him?
by making kakashi stab his chest within the genjutsu obito gave him the idea to do it for real

Fight was already over right here. Obito admits Kakashi could have already killed him multiple times too. Obito also says he was surprised to see Kakashi hold back and a Raikiri to the throat would have killed Obito.

3T Kakashi > 3T Obito. The latter relies on phasing too much. Even as a Juubi Jin he was irritated that he couldn't phase. It's not rocket science.

Just because Obito wanted the puppet seal removed doesn't mean he'd get careless and let Kakashi kill him. You're making excuses.

After that it was a balanced battle, obito wasn't holding back, if he held back he would have been killed in an other way.
In my opinion he decided to let stab himself when he was kicked down by Kakashi and had no other choice making the best of the situation.
