So my guess (not theory) is they are in a dimension similar to Obito's kamui, with a few different shards/planes (copies in diff elements) that Kayuga go in and out of.

No doubt there will be some sort of master plane where she can be intercepted or combated, I think Obito's Kamui will be the key (some how), maybe porting Naru and Sauce back to each other, or getting BZ out of the way...

With Naruto's healing maybe Obito will have both eyes back and do some sort of eye swapping with kakashi again. I still have no clue what Sakura will do in the mean time.

Honestly this is all very similar to the the fight against Haku.

This is a guess not really a theory backed by anything substantial or "Mangaphax".
