Someone please help me understand this, Obito's sharingan is still in the mangekyo form. So how come all this while by the rule of MS sharingans' risks, it hasn't faded. Maybe i missed something in which case please do let me know.

No, no, but Kakashi doesn't have senju dna and his also hasn't faded.

Kakashi's sharingan eye was transplanted, meaning that he won't lose the light in it. Sasuke's eyes, now that Itachi's were transplanted into him, won't lose his sharingan either.

Kakashi and obito are just boss and don't succumb to blindness.

on a serious note though. kakashi has a transplanted eye and obito has senju DNA
