Alright, I saw lots of comments on my first post saying that Kakashi could beat Obito without his gedo mazo and six bijuu. Which is obviously wrong, because he didn't have the gedo mazo and his six bijuu, and he was still kicking Kakashi's ass. And if it weren't for Naruto, Kakashi would've already been dead.

Obito can in fact beat Kakashi with kamui, so I don't know how that is even a debate.

But, I CAN believe that Kakashi = Obito without kamui.

Without Kamui, Kakashi has the Sharingan, the Raikiri, and a couple of basic elemental techs. Without his Kamui, Obito still has the Sharingan, Mokuton, Senju DNA, the Rinnegan, and his giant Katon. If he decided to use any of those instead of those giant Shuriken, Kakashi would be in pieces right now.

He still has Madara's Gunbai, Madara level Katon, Enhanced strength and stamina due to Hashirama's DNA, Mokuton, and Izanagi without his Kamui.

He also has Rinnegan.

Obito>Kakashi. Whether Kamui (And Rinnegan) is taken from them both or not.
