Not really, they were supposed to cover 2 chapters today, yet they only covered 1 chapter and a few pages from the other. so yea, it's a gonna a bit slow. Sorry to break it to you, but no juubito till 18th of September !

In fact this is unfortunate because it would be so much better had they used him to show Obito's powers as Juubi Jin instead of just the trasformation. Remember that both Madara's and Juubi's entrance didn't have good animation but the ones in which they were in action, had. That being said, it would be bad to make a cool entrance but not to show his power to its full extent.
