Well he indeed is , but what could you expect from someone possesing Sage of six paths's body..., not literally but same ingriedients.

However even SOSP's ultimate body could not be enough if Obito didn't keep Gedo Mazou after extraction, then possesed by Black Zetsu and finally getting Yin Kurama through Black Zetsu.

Remember it was: Gedo Mazou->black zetsu-> Yin Kurama

Conclusion: Obito is far from being invincible although his durability is really impressive and one could even say unmatched, especially for human.
