Obito turning into the Jinchuuriki was a plot itself... he hadn't the means, he was exhausted after all the war and the fight with Kakashi, he almost didn't get any lifeforce left after transfering lifeforce on its jutsu... becoming Jinchuuriki was all a plot. The only way to achieve that would be the Juubi entering into Obito by its own will.

Do you have the proof of Obito sealing the God of Creation, when he had almost no chakra when it happened? Kamui's source is the Juubi itself, maybe it was the Juubi who opened the portal to the Kamui's dimension inside Obito. We can't assume anything at this point.
