Madara Rinnengan which contains Hagoromo chakra and Madara DNA
Hashirama DNA by the half zetsu body

How come Obito Sharingan didn't evolve into Rinnengan? I mean Obito had Hashirama, Madara DNA along with Hagoromo chakra. So why didn't Obito and Kakashi Sharingan evolve from MS to Rinnengan?

Is EMS required to evolve to Rinnengan?
