- naruto
- sasuke
- konan

and so many other ninja that i can't remember.

also i forget to say that madara was afraid of obito.
itachi also was afraid to attack obito because he knew obito was the most powerful uchiha alive.

finally this was the strongest form of obito because:

1) he had 1MS and 1 RENNINGAN
2) he was mysterious and his power was mysterious too
3) he was tobi who wanted to destroy everything
