In the latest chapter, he broke Minatos kunai and cut his arm off. Minato was creating an opening, so it doesnt really count.

The last chapter, Obito kicks Naruto, not Minato, and Minato stills blocks the dirt with awesome reaction.

Obito proved that wrong this chapter. He reacted to near instaneous movement and placed that ball without Minato noticed at first. Now that's intense.

Not really Obito just was able to cut his arm and use the ball Jutsu thing before Minato was able to react and use FTG. FTG is instant, Minato's reflexes aren't.
