Shisui's MS was useless because he could only use it once in a billion years, Obito's was only strong because he had Senju cells but he still gets solo'd by Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu. And Izuna got rekt by Tobirama low diff. Sarada is gonna be the 4th because she's the child of a Rinnegan user like Indra was.

That's only using KA he can solo without it. Had a faster shunshin than Minato did. And excelled in all Uchiha jutsu's like Itachi.
