Insane Theory Time!

Obito has just stolen some juubi powers from Madara, and remade his Omnyoudon Staff.

The laws of narrative dictate that he must be as strong as he was before. It doesn't need logic.

This time, however, Obito is not the jinchuriki of the Juubi, and thus, can use Kamui.

RIP Again Madara.
