Ok, Obito DMS with Rikudou chakra isnt the same Obito DMS with no rikudou chakra. He cant accomplish the same feats as Kakashi did against Kaguya.

If he has both eyes, then he would be more faster. Do more thing but his base power would be the same. We dont know of we would be able to the his susano or not.

But, with one Sharingan, for me he is only under Madara Rinnegan and stronger than Madara EMS. Sasuke´s Rinnegan doesnt count, it is not a Uchiha power he got, it is a gift.

it was plot. Serious question why the hell didn't Obito just pluck out kakashi's eye right after he killed the mist ninjas lol. Madara told him before that eyes get stronger in pairs. Plot nerf is real :lol.
