Obito is one of the strongest guys from HST in mutltiversal battles

Out of all Naruto characters (except Naruto himself), Obito is by far the toughest Naruto character to beat in multiversal battles, especially among HST. If we transfer all of Kakashi's Kamui feats to Obito (coz they're Obito's eyes to begin with), DMS Obito is one tough cookie to beat outside NV

Obito is tough even without chakra equalization, Obito's Kamui abilites can affect other characters, whereas characters like Itachi who rely heavily on chakra disruption techniques like genjutsu are useless because chakra is absent outside NV, and lacks sufficient tanking or destructive feats

Logia users in One Piece have intangibility, but their intangibility becomes useless against haki users and superior DF (Akainu and Ace)

Obito is the only character in the HST who has perfect intangibility, he has never been touched by anybody while intangible. Only Kakashi did because he had kamui as well. Minato was able to hit 14 year old Obito because Obito has to turn off intangibility to attack. Adult Obito won't fall for the FTG trick ever again

The only HST (except Naruto) characters that can trouble Obito are: Aizen (Kyoka suigetsu/hogyoku), Barragan (respira), Kizaru (yata no kagami), Blackbeard (gura gura and yami yami). I can't think of any other character that can make Obito troubled or anxious.
