Sure, Kaguya is more powerfull than Obito, but She was also taking over Juubi Jin Madara, who is more powerful than the average shmuck.

As i explained in a previous thread which i can't find, This is pretty much the reason that Chakra has to be destroyed.

So, if Obito felt like coming back from the dead, he could leave the afterlife, possess some random baby, Transform it, and laugh at the look on Kurenai's face when her baby inexplicably turned into a war criminal. It's technically feasible.
