First things first I will tell you here that I'm not a fan of Obito.. I like Kakashi better than him but it troubles me that members on this base believe that Obito is weak and is inferior to Kakashi. Now I know some of you will come and say Manga>you but I seriously feel as if this fight was rushed.. besides Obito was nerfed in this fight and was lower on chakra. The rest of you are saying this to piss off Obito fans or to try to make your character look better than him.. which is childish at best. If you believe Kakashi>Obito then you're pretty much saying SM Naruto>Pain since both of the good guys got saved and defeated the enemy at their weakest.
To sum most of this up I will quote what this member has to say.. he pretty muched summed up what I would've said.

Well here's my analysis of this fight.
To start, when it comes to fundamental combat, Kakashi is better than Obito. This fight basically demonstrated this. However, this also shows that the conditions of the fight were not in Obito's favor. So let's begin with Obito's "handicaps".
1. Chakra: Obito has fought this entire day while boosting out chakra for his 6 paths jinjuriki, the Uchiha Flame Barrier, Starting the Juubi process, and simultaneously fighting Gai, Kakashi, Naruto, Bee, and then the alliance. He's getting screwed there. While Kakashi may have been fighting for two days, He's been healed and re-replenished with chakra...twice to be precise. Some noted that he didn't have his cloak; however, he went to Kamui Land right after it fades meaning he still has all of his chakra unlike Obito. Also, he was healed by Sakura after sustaining damage from Obito.
2. Kamui: Obito's entire battle game revolves around this move. So st the start, Kakashi is a form of weakness; however, the true problem dwells within the fact that he is inside the dimension fighting. Unable to summon things from it, he loses his two best offensive techniques....Whirly Shurikens of great size, and Ranbu no Bakufu. This leaves Obito with his mediocre fire game (fire balls) his average fundamentals skill, and in a completely different combat style than normal.
3 Rinnegan: Due to the severe chakra dent, he isn't even able to use his eye. No preta, human, Asura, or Deva paths that would be super effective against Kakashi could be used. Instead, he only had black rods. I may as well mention it here, but his Mokuton control is poor. His psycho scene with it was pretty much just spiral Zetsu. The only thing he could do is make a grapple like extension meant to capture Naruto.
So with those three things....Obito wasn't at his greatest point.
I don't think Kakashi is a weak shinobi...he's easily amongst the strongest; however, to put him above Obito or in a top ten probably doesn't make sense...and I'm honestly more of a Kakashi fsn. Don't really like Obito since hos reveal in personality shift to rather child like.
