All konoha 11 in shippuden , he got character development more than they ever had , they barely were shown in part 2 , Obito was always there and at least played a big role to deafeat the final villain Kaguya while everyone else except team 7 were in IT , i admit team 10 did somethings in shippuden but the rest nothing . Obito is at the center of this whole manga. He has his hand in pretty much every major event that took place and shaped the story (9 tails attack, the uchiha massacre, the corruption/formation of akatsuki, initiating the final war)
Obito was the ultimate antagonist. The exact opposite of Naruto.
