Hence Obito couldn't use shinra tensei, chibaku tensei, etc etc many things that pain could.

Hence I also believe that this is the reason Obito couldn't control all Bijuu and its jinchurikki against fight with Naruto + I am also sure Obito will never be able to master Jinchuriki mode of 10 Tails.

he is going to find it hard controlling the ten tails ,tho he could make it because ,it a different story when he has an incomplete rinnengan and host to the half transformed jubi,if the jubi completed it transformation ,he might not make ,but now it needs obito to think for it while he gives it power, it cant transform completely in obito

I think rinnegan is a complete doujutsu and does not work in pair like MS/EMS. Just like base sharingan it should grant all the powers. Obito displayed outer, mentioned naraka and obviously can use rinne tense which is ultimate rinnegan move, so it makes no sense to have limited power.

It kinda have me wondering about Kishi's design of Obito's character and it's direction. All of the powers Obito gained so far has always been incomplete.
One MS, one rinnegan, half hashirama/senju body, and the incomplete Juubi. Make's me wonder the potential if he had all of them complete, he'll probably be the Sage reincarnate.
