Obito is having a tug of war for the Juubi's chakra

I think if Obito had lost total control than the Juubi would have completely extracted itself from Obito's body and transformed into its final form. But since the Juubi is still in the vessel and is not going bezerk at the moment, it looks as if it's a tug of war for the Juubi's chakra, like Naruto did with Kurama further adding on to the parallel between Naruto and Obito. What do you think?

OT: Obito isn't in control anymore possibly, he did desire to cast Infinite Tsukuyomi so they could finish the plan.

I think Kishi did this to show parallels between Naruto and Obito.
Naruto VS Kurama, Naruto had to fight to gain his chakra
Obito VS Juubi, Obito wiil have to fight to gain its power.

from what i got from this chapter.

Is that obito is the jubbi's jinchurkin and was prepared to be so from the start.

And Madara Is the only one capable of defeating him with his trump card.
