you don't have to have the same blood to Escape tsukuyomi, All you need is a 3 tomoe sharingan and you can break it. Obito is an Excelent user of the Mankeyou Sharingan which means tsukuyomi will be broken almost instantly.

Never read in the manga or narutopedia, what i read on narutopedia is "Itachi stated that Tsukuyomi can only be broken by a Sharingan user that shares the same blood as him; as demonstrated when Sasuke overcame Itachi's Tsukuyomi in their battle."

I think Obito is pretty close to genjutsu proof, not 100% though. I dought he can send only his brain away to block out the genjutsu. Just logically speaking if he were to send his brain away he might die. I think he need a "case" or a kind of package for organs or they won't come back improperly, that just makes sense to me though, seeing as the kamui dimension is a void. If he sent it back wrong he could get killed. IDK, but honestly I think he is almost 100% genjutsu proof. Funny how Obito is almost 100% resistant to everything with the Kamui, but Kakashi can't use it nearly as well.

First of all he is an Uchiha with a (Mangekyou) Sharingan. He has the aptitude to use and disarm genjutsu with ease and to a good extent. However there is another thing that makes him better at this. We know that Obito can use Kamui to send specific parts of his body to the Kamui Dimension. If he sends his brain to the Kamui dimension he could essentially be genjutsu-proof. He can't die from this because he sends like his head to the Kamui Dimension and is perfectly fine. Say speaking of this, can he like send his soul to the Kamui dimension and live forever ... even when his body is destroyed his soul is intact? Whatever, this is why I think theortically, obito is genjutsu proof
