first off obito is too young to have fought minato and used the biju. he was to young to meet kisame and probally not even born when tobi gave nagato the rinnegan and still had his sharingan and his s/t techs
There is no way tobi recieved his sharingan at that bridge when used it to control the 4th from that other village years before obito was born. tobi never uses MS (no one knows if he has it) the s/t tech does not come from his eye. any part of his body can use the tech as we have always seen, since he first fought way back when he was silly acting.
As we all know some sharingan techs are similar amongst family. sasuke and itachi are a perfect example. in all likely hood it's one of obito's family members who holds a grudge that goes far back beyond kakshi and minato. tobi has been up to know good before obito even died or was born for that matter.
And last but not least he is a uchiha, he used a ancient uchiha tech ( that fire wall). he also knows his clan history to the tee and how to properly use the techs. susanoo and the black flames are not the be all end all answer to if your of that clan or not. this is not a theory thread, this is a stop saying it's obito post. give the writer more credit than that, he has always gave u obvious choices and then pulled a 360. i bet you tobi will go on the offense and show us more old school uchiha techs from his era. kakashi and guy may have met him having to tell obitos family about his death and answering as to why obito would give kakashi his eye. other than that there is no way obito is tobi
