We always thought that Obito was a looser, but if we really think about it, we can find that in the contrary this guy was a genius. He is the type of Uchiha who didn't trained a lot, only trying to help old persons. We've seen in FB, that he only trained cuz he wanted to impress Rin, and it's at that moment that he managed to become Chunin. During the 3rd ninja war, he awoke his Sharingan and defeated a jounin level with it at the age of 13. It's also around the same age that Sasuke(who is sometimes considered as a genius) managed to awake and control his Sharingan the first time. It was even said that rare are the people in the Uchiha clan who managed just to developp Sharingan
And a year later or two, he even manage to develop his 2tomoe sharingan, not only to go to 3tomoe, but even to MS(during the fight against Yondaime)
He managed to survive Hashiramas DNA at a young age(13), when it was said by Orochimaru that in his experiments it killed almost every child except Yamato, and he even managed to control it perfectly so that he could use perfect Izanagi which last 10minutes. I'm pretty sure that Madara himself saw a great potential coming in this boy, and it's probably the reason why he decided to save him and make him his ally. He developped his own Kamui, and manage to spamm it without the usual strain Uchiha have(probably thanks to Hashiramas DNA though), and even created combos with it like his katon, and this proves it again. He developped his kamui to such an extent that he can decide which part of his body can be send in the other dimension and can also control the speed of his kamui-warping like he said against the Yondaime. With his kamui, he can also release all what is in his dimension
He took Rinnengan only recently, something that he never had before, but managed to control it to such an extent that he could even control the Gedo Mazo, plus multiple Tailed Beast with it
Since he has Hashiramas DNA, i won't be surprised if we see him using Mokuton techniques also
