It went to Obito. Somewhere along the transmigration process, part of Hagaromo's third eye went to Obito.


Kaguya's 9 Tomoe Rinnegan has both swapping abilites and also dimensional travel abilities.


Obito has only dimensional travel abilites and Sasuke only has swapping/orientation warping abilties.

Naaah. The only logical thing I can come up with why Sauce has 6 tomoes is because So6 divided his power equally over Naruto and Sasuke. Hence, why he doesn't have 9tomoes. .
