he won't be killed if the Juubi launches Bijuu Dama, because he can make himself intangible.


Also, he won't give up his life to make Madara a living body through Rinne-Tensei. By doing that he would never be able to do what he wasted his whole life trying to achieve, because he would be dead. Obito is going to die a horrible death too, because he's not able to be forgiven. He might even die by pulling a Nagato, and reviving all who died. That's unlikely for now.

I kinda agree, he can't be killed when he can just turn intangible. Also everything he touches he can choose to kamui or not

I don't think he wants to become intangible because he would loose his connection with the Juubi and they're already having a hard time controlling it together, they probably couldn't get it back under control if they break away from it. That's why he said he'd die if they spam the Juubi's tbb at close range.(mangapanda's translation).

He would lose either way control if he dies or goes intangible and madara would have to face juubi by himself . And i think madara dosent know he can go intangible or sht or els he would say go intangible and i kill them ( or tobi cant go intangible while controlling juubi and he cant let go beacause that would mean madara will lose control too and juubi will just rampage or tobis time is just up 5 min limit )
