I stopped reading when you said plot stopped him from using rinnegan. Any proof that's true? no.

When kakashi pointed out that he Hadn't used the rinnegan's paths because he was using to much chakra controlling the bijuu, He Agreed this was the case, he never denied being able to use them what so ever.

Same thing goes with mokuton You assume he suddenly knows how to use FTW, Mokuton dragons etc when all he ever did was shoot some roots from his hands, and make a giant Root spike when he lost control. He probably doesn't even know how to do that again.

Never assumed he knew how to use FTW nor Mokuton dragon, But he can use simple mokuton as shwon when he slaughtered all the Ninja after Kakashi/Rin

Kamui allowed his katon to be that big. Banfu is that big because of kamui. With kamui out of the way, his fireball was reduced to it's normal power - a simple grand fireball. Not a kamui enhanced grand fireball.

He didn't use kumai for this

He barely had control over the bijuu since one broke free. Anyway, It's proof of manga that he only uses kamui because that's what he's really skilled in. Anything more is pure speculation. NB assumption thinking characters wake up with skills they don't practice or train to learn.

1 out of 6 broke free, Not a big deal.

Plus he is the only person to ever controll 6 bijuu via genjutsu.

Not even Madara or itachi have that as a genjutsu feat.
