Obito inquiries

Just been wondering about Obito he has the MS an all but he doesn't seem to be effected by the consequences of over using it like kakashi, in the form of his eyes bleeding and going blind. The only ways to counter this is by obtaining ems that i know of does this mean he has ems for one eye??would this also mean he has rinnengan aswell???Is his one rinnengan as powerful as having two rinnengan or has half the potential???In addition to this if he has ems what other abilities has he obtained on top of that of ms??

If you are able to answer these question in great depth, i shall happily give away like. =)
