The Juubi
A monster that's been hyped to be able to level a whole continent and it's final form hype makes it a very likely candidate for the FV role. Madara I can't see being FV because he has no form of relation to Naruto, same with Oro as well.

So the two main contenders I can see for the role are Obito or Juubi. But it looks likely that it will be the Juubi itself.

I agree madara has no relation with naruto or the other main characters directly. I think it is the juubi aswell it makes sense.

Madara/ORo could be the likeliest candidate for FV because they have the closest ties to sasuke. Naruto always wanted to save sasuke and bring him back to konoha. Oro was the one who initially took him away, while madara is possibly an uchiha he has to best to over come the cycle of hate and return to konoha

I like this option. Very awesome candidate because he has hype and all he really has to do is kill and be malevolent.

Kishi really can't screw this up. He'd have to try and make this not work.
