I for one do not think so... yes it has a pretty good technique but I think this goes to itachi. Imagine 72 hrs of whatever torture the user thinks of. He can practically make you solo your self with his tech.... look what he did to naruto at the beginning of shipuuden. itachi practically raised the bar of genjutsu standards for this manga/anime with the thinks he has done with his special tsukuyomi. (this is my personal opinion) Hate it or like I do not care........

I love itachi i really do but if we talkin gejutsu it goes to shuishi uchiha. Obito ms is jus too op.. but if they fought 1v1 i still say lord itachi solos. High diff.
