No, it doesn't matter that it was only Part of Shukaku and Gyuuki, because those parts formed new Bijuu, just like Yin and Yang Kurama. If you're going with that logic, Naruto was never a Jinchuriki.

Not sure what relevance this has considering ten tails> tails 1-9.this is shown when Kurama was easily able to match the power of 5 tailed beasts...but could do nothing to stop a tbb from ten tails
