He was worn out, had little chakra left after warping two other people to a dimention other than his, and then did it AGAIN for Sasuke.

Besides, he opened a wormhole!!! A FRIGGIN' WORMHOLE!!! That's the power of both Kamui Sharingan! Honestly, I shudder to think what Obito would have been like if he went further and got both Amaratsu AND Susano'o.

He has been weakened, but he's not useless or downsized at all.
