So, who thinks that Obito is going to go back to the leaf? Or who thinks that he will die where he stands? I ask this because if you think about it What Obito did is basically nothing compared to what madara is doing, so in essence It's forgivable, and also hes about to do something to madara, or try to anyway, i hope he lives and manages to get back to the leaf forgiven, but that's a stretch.

He's going to die. There are only two ways to revive Naruto and only Obito holds those two ways. Both Rinne Tensei and transferring Kurama result in Obito's death.

He also stated that he is now the Obito that wants to become Hokage. What does every dead Hokage have in common...they all sacrificed themselves to pass on the Will of Fire to someone else. (1st hokage details are unknown, but he did use the demon seal)
