He then is protected by it for the following minute or unless the jutsu is ''consumed''



Obito using Izanagi now wouldnt have any effect whatsoever, it would protect him for whats coming.

No time differs depending on the shinobi. Danzou had an incomplete izanagi. Remember when konan bombed
Tobi for over 5minutes and his izanagi lasted that long and it was one eye. So obito izanagi lasts longer than Danzou by far.

Izanagi changes REALITY INTO ILLUSION , also he can use it for more than 10 minutes , and he proved it when he survived Konan's 10 minutes continuous explosions.

Obito can't use his doujutsus while being the host of the Jyubi, this has already been stated. That means he cannot use any EMS techniques, no Izanagi, no Space-Time, no genjutsu.
