Obito just was lame after the mask came off. I was a fan until then. His fan base wasn't gonna grow beyond that. His bond with Rin helped him subdue a freaking god. Holy hell.

He became worst than Nagato TBH...Or rather he was Nagato 2.0...Even tried a Rinne Tensei like him too.

Pain = Badass Nagato = lame
Tobi = Badass Obito = Lame

This guy gets it, pain is the most badass person in the manga...

Until the very end, I was disappointed.

Obito the same, but the bloody gore scene redeemed himself.

All of you guys forgot about iSpeaktheTruth, he was the biggest Obito/Tobi fan I knew back in the day, he made some great threads in response to the hatred Obito used to receive before so many "Obito fans" showed up suddenly.

Day one Obito fan here- I can remember the times when TobisPawn and I were destroyin' Madara fans back in the day. I was mainly a Tobi fan, but when he was revealed to be Obito, I didn't have any problem with it and began to like him even more. In fact, I like him almost as much as I like Tobirama which says a lot.

Back when Madara was revived, a lot of fans were flocking over to him, and around that time, Hashirama was starting to get a lot of hype from Madara. So for the most part, Madara, Hashirama, and Tobi fans were debating which one was the strongest. It was very enjoyable. That's how I remember it at least.

No, he was easily one of the most pompous and annoying douche bags I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. Not really a good representative of his fanbase since he can't accept a different opinion than his own.

No, he was easily one of the most pompous and annoying douche bags I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. Not really a good representative of his fanbase since he can't accept a different opinion than his own.

Well sure, his personality wasn't the greatest but you have to admit, he made some great, entertaining and touching threads in his time. He was simply a hardcore fanboy who could only see the manga his own way. But he loved Naruto just as much as I do and if you were a friend to him, he was twice the friend to you.
